Visas Information
Tourist Visa for Cuba

Tourist Visa, also known as the tourism tourist's tarjeta, is one of the obligatory documents to enter the country. The visa, as its name indicates, is valid only for tourist reasons and allows a 30-day stay in the country.

If you would like to stay for more than 30 days, you must request a 30-day extension to the immigration office in the major Cuban cities.

Once you enter the country, Cuba Customs will verify that the details on your visa correspond to your passport data; will give you a stamp on your passport and visa and will allow you to officially enter Cuba. Outbound tourist visa will be returned. Visa will not be required for normal tourist activities, except for hotel and / or house registration, as it is on the passport the date of entry. It is therefore advisable to leave your visa in a safe place so you do not miss it.

The tourist tarjeta has no expiration date with respect to the date of issue of the visa itself, but its duration is exclusively related to the date of arriving in Cuba.
